The Monkees Tour 2023/2024
The Monkees tour 2023 - 2024 announced: THE MONKEES reached their creative peak in 1967 with their third Sede LP, which was the first time the television band had full control of a project. Micky Dolenz will celebrate this success next year with a special tour playing the album in its entirety.
The anniversary will also be accompanied by a limited edition of the headquarters box. The set, which will be released on November 28, includes 69 previously unreleased tracks, including abandoned backing tracks compiled by producer Don Kirshner, a new remix of the album, early demos and studio outtakes. Dolenz was the last living member of the band after the death of bandmate Michael Nesmith in 2021, and the drummer reformed the Monkeys' name. However, earlier this year, he embarked on a brief tour to revive the group’s back catalogue. While his 2023 dates will be dedicated to the classics of the Headquarters, Dolenz will also celebrate and interpret other successes of the Monkeys.
The tour begins on April 1, 2023 and will feature 19 concerts where Dolenz will present the Headquarters of the third album of the Monkeys with live performances and videos, as well as all the greatest hits of the band. The Monkees 2023/2024 tickets will be available from 4 November.
